Role: Legal Associate

We’re looking for a dynamic Associate – Legal with 2–3 years of corporate legal experience , preferably in a startup ecosystem. This is a high-impact role that blends legal expertise with business understanding to drive Snabbit’s growth journey.

What You Will Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, and data protection laws.
• Provide proactive legal advice to business, HR, and finance teams.
• Support corporate governance, policy drafting, and company secretarial matters.
• Manage compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Work with external counsel on litigation, IP, and regulatory issues.
• Support fundraising and due diligence processes.

What We’re Looking For

• LL.B. from a reputed law school.
• 2–3 years of corporate legal experience (startup experience preferred).
• Strong drafting, articulation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Business acumen with a solution-oriented mindset .
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment .
