Legal Associate

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Legal Associate to join our prestigious law firm based in Dubai. As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will play a crucial role as a fee earner, providing expert legal advice and support on a range of corporate matters.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and attend enquiries.
• Serve as a vital member of the team, assisting in the management of a diverse portfolio of clients and cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis, providing insightful advice on various transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of corporate agreements, including but not limited to M&A agreements, joint ventures, and commercial contracts.
• Support senior attorneys in due diligence processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Attend client meetings and communicate legal strategies and recommendations effectively.
• Keep abreast of changes in UAE laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
• Handle administrative tasks related to client files, maintaining meticulous records and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• UAE: 3 years (Preferred)
