Job Role:
We are looking for a Legal Associate to join our legal team. The role involves handling corporate legal matters, employment-related issues, and ensuring legal compliance for company operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, consultation and negotiation a wide range of contracts, including Vendor Agreements, Employment Agreements, NDAs, Service Agreements, SaaS, and other commercial documentation.
- Advise internal stakeholders on matters related to labour and employment laws, including disciplinary actions, terminations, and workplace compliance.
- Corporate Compliance
- Policies, legal notices, in accordance with legal best practices.
Qualification and Experience:
- Law degree (LL.B.) from a recognized institution; LL.M. is an advantage.
- 2-3 years of experience, preferably in a corporate legal department or employment law practice.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, corporate law, and contract law.
- Proficiency in English for drafting and communication.
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments independently and work cross-functionally.
