Vacancy for Advocates with minimum 02 yrs experience in Real Estate Industry

Mandatory Requirements:- Knowledge of Revenue Courts- Can prepare Title Search reports- Prior experience with document registration- Strong knowledge in RERA, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations- Experience in handling Criminal, Consumer and Arbitration proceedings.- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents- Ability to work independently- Sharp written and verbal communication skills is MUST - English & Marathi
