About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Legal Advocate to provide legal guidance, manage contracts, ensure compliance, and handle disputes. You will work closely with management and departments to safeguard the company’s legal interests.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice to management and internal teams

Review, draft, and finalize contracts, agreements, and policies

Ensure compliance with laws and regulations

Identify and mitigate legal risks

Handle legal disputes, notices, and employee-related matters

Coordinate with external legal counsel when needed

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes

Requirements:

LLB (Bachelor of Law) or higher

6 to 7 years of experience in corporate/legal advisory roles

Strong communication and analytical skills

Experience in business consultancy is a plus

High ethical standards and professionalism
