Legal Associate

Post : Legal Associate (Male Candidates Preferred)

Experience : Minimum 1-2 year of Experience is preferred.

Requirements :

· Mandatory

- Strong litigation skills and courtroom experience

- Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa enrolment mandatory

- Thorough understanding of law/proceedings of DRT/NCLT.

- Knowledge of Recovery Proceedings under SARFAESI/IBC and Banking Laws.

· Additional Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of 138 N.I. Act Matters.

- Knowledge of Summary Suits/Commercial Suits.

- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

- Knowledge of corporate law, civil matters, contract disputes, and commercial transactions

- Proficiency in manging MIS for multiple cases

- Proficiency in court proceedings and legal protocols

- Strong communication and analytical skills

- Ability to work in a dynamic legal environment

· Responsibilities :

- Appear before NCLT/DRT Courts, Arbitration, etc

- Reply to Legal Notice, Demand Notice, etc.

- Maintain MIS for cases and clients.

- Assist senior legal professionals in case preparations

- Conduct legal research and analysis

- Draft legal documents and reports

Job Type: Monday to Saturday, Full-time, In Person.
