Legal Associate

Dbug Lab hiring for a full-time, on-site Associate position.

The role involves undertaking legal research, assisting in corporate due diligence, drafting and vetting legal documents, attending court proceedings, engaging with clients, and extending broad support to the legal team.

The position requires a high level of dedication, with the readiness to work diligently and responsibly

Qualifications• Strong understanding of Indian laws and legal procedures

Excellent research, analytical, and drafting skills

• Proficiency in preparing clear, accurate, and well-structured legal documents

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

• Prior experience in relevant legal fields will be an advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or an equivalent qualification

Experience - 1 year to 6 years
If someone has team leading experience will be a plus.
