1. Conduct thorough searches of public records related to property titles.

2. Verify ownership and identify any claims, liens, or encumbrances on the property.

3. Review and analyze legal documents, including deeds and mortgages

4. Prepare detailed Search reports for Various Nationalized Banks

5. Stay informed about changes in property laws and regulations.

6. Maintain accurate and organized records of all searches and investigations.

7. Drafting of Various Legal Documents for Registration like Sale Deed, Power Of Attorney, Mortgage and Conveyance Deed, Wills and Allied Registration Documents.

8. Candidate is expected to Visit the Sub Registrar office for Registration and Execution of the Documents.

9. Hiring Female Candidates only.
