Role Description

IRONCLAD (ICL) is seeking to engage/retain full-time Advocates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Civil, Commercial, White Collar Crime matters, and allied practice areas.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in drafting, research, and courtroom advocacy. Individuals with chamber practice experience or prior roles in litigation-centric law firms are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, legal opinions, reports, written submissions, counters, appeals, petitions, and applications.
• Formulate litigation strategies through detailed legal research.
• Appear and argue matters before District Courts, High Courts, the Supreme Court, and other tribunals/forums.
• Represent clients before judicial, quasi-judicial, and administrative authorities as required.
• Brief Partners and Senior Counsel effectively.
• Supervise and guide interns, associates, and paralegal staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on assigned matters.
• Draft and contribute to articles, blogs, research papers, and other knowledge resources.

Qualifications & Experience

• LL.B./LL.M./Doctorate in Law from a recognized institution in India.
• Minimum 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong command of English with excellent grammar, writing style, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as SCC Online, Manupatra, AIR, etc.
• Exceptional legal research, drafting, and organizational abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify relevant statutes and regulations.
• Excellent oral advocacy and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
