Overview
This role supports Blackbull Law House in executing end-to-end corporate legal work with precision, clarity, and long-term commitment. The position demands strong communication skills, disciplined work ethics, and the ability to manage corporate documentation, compliance, and business-legal coordination in a structured and responsible manner. The associate is expected to follow established legal standards while contributing to forward-looking corporate governance practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and finalize corporate agreements, MOUs, board resolutions, internal policies, and compliance documents.
  • Ensure statutory compliance under Companies Act, FEMA, LLP Act, SEBI regulations, contract law, and related corporate frameworks.
  • Conduct due diligence for corporate transactions, investments, partnerships, restructuring, and entity-level assessments.
  • Manage filings, documentation, and coordination with MCA, ROC, statutory departments, and corporate partners.
  • Support internal legal operations, contract lifecycle management, document standardization, and governance improvement.
  • Provide legal research, prepare structured legal opinions, and maintain updated legal records.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, government authorities, and external advisors.
  • Assist in corporate reporting, regulatory updates, and risk-mitigation frameworks for ongoing projects.
  • Handle confidentiality protocols, organizational mandates, and compliance timelines without deviation.
  • Support senior legal leadership in project execution, negotiations, and corporate governance initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong command of corporate law, contracts, compliance, and statutory procedures.
  • Ability to draft precise, error-free documents with professional formatting and legal accuracy.
  • Analytical mindset with disciplined execution.
  • Long-term commitment to organizational legal processes and structured workflows.
  • Ability to handle multi-department coordination with clarity and responsibility.
  • Strong research ability and interpretation of legal statutes.
  • Time-management and confidentiality adherence.

Eligibility

  • LL.B. or equivalent law degree is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in corporate legal work preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills and drafting ability may be considered.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, legal research tools, and corporate documentation workflows.
  • Commitment to long-term professional growth within the organization.
