Qualifications

• Law degree from a reputable institution
• At least 4 years of experience as a corporate lawyer with a reputable law firm
• Knowledge of corporate law and procedures, particularly in relation to mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and joint ventures
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible, adaptable, and a team player
• Fluency in Arabic and English
