Role Overview
You will be assisting me remotely with NSW conveyancing and general legal support tasks, working closely under my guidance.

  • Conveyancing is the legal process of buying or selling property.
  • This role helps manage all the admin and paperwork involved in property transactions.

Key tasks may include:

  • Data entry into conveyancing software and preparation of documentation
  • Preparing basic documents, such as checklists, authorities, settlement figure drafts, and follow-ups
  • Managing file checklists and tracking key dates (e.g., cooling-off, settlement, conditions)
  • Reviewing documents for completeness and flagging missing information
  • Providing general administrative support and accurate data entry
  • Following up with clients, agents, or banks as instructed (written communication only)

Training will be provided gradually, with responsibilities increasing as you become more comfortable with the work. Initially, the focus will be on quality rather than speed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹279,872.85 - ₹450,000.00 per year
