Legal Associate

We are looking for a Legal Associate with hands-on experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016 – non-litigation work with 2+ years of experience. The role involves supporting insolvency proceedings through documentation, compliance, coordination with stakeholders, and legal research, attending court hearings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling end-to-end non-litigation support for IBC matters (CIRP, liquidation, resolution process).
• Drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹371,410.19 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
