Legal Associate

Alliance City Developers is seeking a Legal Associate to manage end-to-end legal matters including contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution. The role involves drafting and reviewing agreements, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance (RERA, Companies Act, etc.), conducting property due diligence, and advising management on legal risks. The candidate will also coordinate with external counsel for litigation and arbitration matters while supporting internal teams on day-to-day legal issues.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, vet, and negotiate contracts, MoUs, redevelopment agreements, and conveyance deeds.
• Handle RERA compliance, property due diligence, and regulatory filings.
• Provide legal advisory to management on corporate and real estate matters.
• Coordinate with external counsel for disputes, litigation, and arbitration.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and maintain proper legal documentation.

Requirements:

• LL.B. from a recognized university (LL.M. preferred).
• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/real estate law.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, property law, RERA, and compliance.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
