Role Overview
We are seeking a Legal Associate to strengthen our taxation and GST practice, with a primary focus on legal research, compliance processes, litigation support, and assisting with the administrative responsibilities of the firm.
Note:- "This position does not involve court appearances. Candidates who prefer field-based litigation should not apply."

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Research & Drafting: Conduct in-depth legal research in taxation and related fields; prepare legal documents, briefs, and opinions.
• Litigation Support: Assist in handling disputes, represent the firm before government authorities, tribunals, and quasi-judicial bodies, and support senior counsels in hearings.
• Knowledge Development: Contribute to newsletters, updates, and publications.
• Compliance, Documentation & Administration: Manage compliance-related documentation and filings, while also assisting with administrative tasks of the firm to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Who can apply

• We are looking for the 1-2 years experienced candidate though freshers with highly skilled can be considered.
• Strong legal research and drafting abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for reading and analysing case laws.
• Familiarity with GST, taxation (direct & indirect), and tax litigation procedures.
• Sleek administrative skills and organizational mindset.
• Fresh law graduates (LL.B./LL.M.) are encouraged to apply; prior experience or internships are a plus.
• Delhi candidates will be preferred.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications

1. Law degree (LLB/BA LLB/BBA LLB) from a recognised university

2. Cleared AIBE (All India Bar Examination)

3. 6 months to 1 year of relevant legal experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
