Billplan Fintech Private Limited (Billcut) is on a mission to redefine credit card debt management in India. As BillCut scales operations and dives deeper into AI-driven financial solutions, it is looking for a sharp, driven Legal Associate to join the in-house team in New Delhi.

This is a high-impact role where you will be at the forefront of Fintech regulation, working directly on the frameworks that power BillCut’s platform.

What You Will Do:

• Strategic Drafting: Construct and negotiate complex contracts with lending partners, NBFCs, and other Regulated Entities (REs).

• Regulatory Compliance: Conduct rigorous due diligence and ensure all operations align with evolving RBI Guidelines and the DPDP Act.

• Grievance Redressal: Oversee and refine our grievance redressal mechanisms to ensure world-class customer protection.

• Product Advisory: Work closely with the tech team to provide legal guardrails for new features.

• Corporate Secretarial Support: Assist in maintaining high standards of corporate governance and board-level documentation.

Who BillCut is Looking For:

• A law graduate with 1-2 years of experience, preferably in Fintech, Banking, or Corporate Law.

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate complex regulations into actionable business advice.

• A proactive communicator who can manage relationships with external stakeholders and regulators.
