Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Drafting & Notices: Draft and send legal notices on behalf of the company and the trust. Handle replies to legal notices.
- Legal Advice: Provide accurate legal opinions to the management regarding company affairs and trust regulations.
- Case Management: Manage ongoing cases, keep track of hearing dates, and maintain all legal files and reports.
- Coordination (Outstation): Find, appoint, and coordinate with external lawyers in other states/cities to handle out-of-station cases effectively.
- Office & Staff Management: Supervise office staff, manage daily office administration, and ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Research: Conduct legal research related to Corporate Law, Trust Act 1882, and other relevant civil/criminal matters.
Requirements:
- Qualification: LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
- License: Must hold a valid license from the Bar Council to practice.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation or corporate legal work.
- Skills: Good drafting skills in English & Hindi. Ability to manage a team.
- Networking: Ability to find and negotiate with lawyers in other states.
