Astrix Law (a DBA of Elysium Legal-AZ) is a national Personal Injury Law Firm focused on embracing innovation and helping clients recover maximum compensation for injuries and harm done to them. Our team values integrity, understanding, and self-starters. We’re looking for a like-minded team member with strong CRM skills, attention to detail, and experience supporting legal or professional services teams. This role focuses more on inbox management, CRM documentation, and coordination with co-counsel partners rather than direct legal casework.
This role is part-time, remote, with an anticipated 10-15 hours per week initially (and a potential increase in time). The working hours can be flexible, pending manager approval.
PAY: $22-25/hr DOE and CRM proficiency

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate case placement and stages as outlined in firm's processes
- Audit automated case placement and complete manually when necessary
- Use HubSpot CRM to manage deal tracking, field input, note taking, property updates, etc.
- Complete a weekly case review with the Astrix Law team.
- Communicate closely with Co-Counsel partners on case status and client needs.
- Complete weekly client conflict checks across several entity databases.
- Send agreements for eSignature using PandaDoc and update statuses as necessary.
- Work with the billing team and Co-Counsel to manage settlement disbursements.
- Audit cases and update statuses by reviewing co-counsel's CRM.
- Call Routing and Client Support:
- Work with intake team and managing attorney to approve cases prior to signing.
- Support clients via phone call, email, and text, owning any correspondence needed for each respective case.
- Receive and direct incoming client calls as needed.
- Field team email inbox and redirect communications when applicable.
- Provide admin support as needed
- Assist Program Manager:
- Meet weekly to review processes and cases.
- Work closely to discuss and implement operational improvements and processes.
Key Personal Attributes & Competencies:
- Personal Injury paralegal experience (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite
- Team-first mentality
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Professional and comfortable making calls
- Ability to problem solve and work towards solutions
- Enthusiasm to take ownership within a start-up environment where you can help mold something new
- Ability to act and accomplish projects and task efficiently and professionally

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
- Proven work experience with customer service
- Proven work experience with CRM
