In this role, you will be the linchpin in facilitating effective communication and coordination among all parties involved in dispute resolution processes. Your contributions will be crucial in ensuring a smoother, faster,
and more efficient resolution of cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Case Management: Oversee and manage the lifecycle of multiple cases, from initiation to resolution.
- Communication Facilitation: Act as the primary point of contact for parties involved, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the dispute resolution process.
- Document Handling: Manage and organize case-related documents, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
- Platform Navigation: Assist parties in navigating our online dispute resolution platform, addressing any technical queries or difficulties.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our legal and tech teams to continuously improve the dispute resolution process.
- Reporting: Regularly update case status and prepare reports for internal review.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from users to enhance the user experience andcontribute to system improvements.
Qualifications
- Must-have: Tech-savvy with an aptitude for learning new software and platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic understanding of legal procedures and terminology.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
