Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our dynamic personal injury law firm. In this vital role, you will coordinate and manage pre-litigation personal injury cases, ensuring clients receive consistent communication, proper medical treatment coordination, and strong case development. Your proactive approach will support clients through the legal process while maximizing case value through thorough documentation, strategic file management, and effective communication with providers and insurance carriers. Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial case assessments and maintain ongoing evaluation of case status and client needs
  • Manage a docket of personal injury cases from intake through settlement
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding treatment, case progress, and expectations
  • Coordinate medical treatment and assist clients with scheduling and provider communication
  • Order, review, and organize medical records and billing
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claims, liability, and case updates
  • Prepare and draft demand packages for attorney review
  • Track deadlines, liens, and case-related documentation
  • Maintain accurate and detailed case notes within case management software
  • Assist attorneys with case development, strategy, and settlement negotiations

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a personal injury case manager or in a similar legal support role
  • Strong understanding of pre-litigation personal injury processes
  • Experience handling medical records, billing, and liens
  • Familiarity with case management software (e.g., Mycase)

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple cases
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, providers, and insurance companies
  • Ability to handle sensitive client matters with professionalism and empathy
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) REQUIREMENT

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
