Our mission is to help individuals and families address their concerns with potentially unfair and deceptive consumer contracts. We are seeking multiple candidates for the role of Legal Case Manager to support clients through a custom legal strategy with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication.
• Conduct client communications to understand their needs and develop personalized case strategies.
• Manage high volume of case files, including documentation and correspondence.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as drafting documents, preparing mailings, and maintaining organized records.
• Collaborate with legal professionals and team members to achieve client objectives.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to punctuality and attendance, is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to work closely in a consumer protection law environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in law office, professional office-based customer service, case management, or a related field. Candidates will be provided with comprehensive training to succeed in the role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and case management software is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.What We Offer
