Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Case Manager to support our team in managing client cases from intake through resolution. This entry-level role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing a caseload under attorney supervision
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates
- Maintain and organize case files and documentation
- Request and track records, bills, and other case materials
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely task completion
- Coordinate appointments and case-related activities
- Enter and manage data in case management systems
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Administrative or customer service experience preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Some legal/paralegal experience
- Familiarity with legal terminology and processes
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- Bi-Lingual (English & Spanish)

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
