Duties

• Proven paralegal or legal administrative experience in personal injury and lemon law litigation
• Strong experience in per-litigation and litigation case handling, including but not limited to medical records and billing requests, demand package preparation, insurance communications and lien requests
• Manage and organize legal case files using CasePeer
• Draft, review, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, contracts, discovery requests, affidavits, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear legal documents; proofreading skills are essential
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Strong clerical skills including filing, data entry, phone etiquette, and general administrative tasks within a busy law office environment

Pay: $52,938.13 - $63,753.45 per year

Work Location: In person
