Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Client Representative located in Dubai. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, handling client inquiries, and delivering tailored legal or consultancy solutions. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and achieve operational goals. Training clients on services or processes and supporting sales initiatives may also be required.

Qualifications

• Proven skills and experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively manage client interactions
• Sales experience with the ability to promote and explain services to clients
• Capability to deliver Training sessions and support clients in understanding legal or consultancy processes
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English & Hindi, preferred female candidates
• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• DL is mandate
