Legal & Compliance Specialist – Subsidiary / Offshore Structures

A growing Business Consultancy is seeking an experienced Legal & Compliance Specialist to support subsidiary and branch incorporations, offshore company matters, and corporate governance documentation across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle legal subsidiary and branch incorporation within UAE and relevant jurisdictions
• Prepare and execute board resolutions and other corporate governance documents
• Manage offshore company formation matters
• Submit and follow up on regulatory compliance filings
• Process third-party approvals with authorities and stakeholders
• Maintain knowledge of local and international compliance frameworks
• Support internal teams and clients to improve turnaround times

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in subsidiary/branch formation and offshore company matters
• Strong knowledge of board resolutions drafting standards
• Familiarity with UAE compliance & regulatory requirements
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
