Role Description
We are seeking a Legal Consultant for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. The Legal Consultant will provide professional legal support and guidance, including preparing legal documents, advising on legal issues, and assisting clients with complex matters. Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
• Providing corporate and commercial legal opinions
• Supporting litigation cases and dispute resolution
• Advising on mergers and acquisitions
• Consulting on arbitration and DIFC-related legal matters
• Collaborating with team members to deliver tailored, effective legal solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (advanced certifications are a plus)
• Proven experience in legal document preparation, advisory, and assistance
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law
• Expertise in arbitration and DIFC laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Experience: 3 to 10 Years (UAE)
