Legal Consultant

• Provide expert legal advice on civil, commercial, criminal, labor, and real estate law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, memorandums, and other legal documents both in Arabic and English.
• Analyze case law, judicial rulings, and court procedures to ensure favorable outcomes for clients or the organization.
• Has a strong knowledge or background of the Dubai court system and all other courts in the UAE.
