Our law firm is seeking a Legal Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting legal memoranda. This role requires proficiency in both English and Arabic to handle bilingual documentation and client communication effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and finalize legal memoranda, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE legal standards.
• Provide legal advice and consultation on various cases.
• Collaborate with team members to prepare high-quality legal documents.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in legal consultation, specifically in drafting legal memoranda.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
• Ability to share relevant work samples along with a CV.
