Legal Consultant

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Consultant to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Dubai Courts system, the Rent Dispute Center (RDC), and Ministry of Justice procedures. The Legal Consultant will be responsible for providing legal counsel, drafting legal documents, and directly engaging with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare legal memoranda, statements of claim and defense, pleadings, and various legal motions for submission to relevant authorities.
• Provide accurate and practical legal advice in areas including civil, commercial, real estate, and rental disputes.
• Meet with clients to understand their legal needs, gather information, and provide tailored legal guidance.
• Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on applicable laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.
• Follow up on all procedures with Dubai Courts, the RDC, and the Ministry of Justice.
• Monitor court hearing schedules, deadlines, and ensure timely submission of legal documents.
• Collaborate with other legal team members to ensure comprehensive case handling.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date case files and records of legal proceedings.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with internal policies and UAE legal requirements.
• Prepare and submit regular updates and reports on case progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Legal Consultant or in a similar legal role within the UAE.
• Deep understanding of Dubai Courts procedures, RDC system, and Ministry of Justice platforms.
• Strong legal drafting skills in both Arabic and English.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional client-oriented approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and legal analytical ability.
• Familiarity with UAE local and federal laws and legal practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from an accredited university.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
