Legal Consultant

1. Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, particularly in:

a. Commercial Law

b. Corporate Law

c. Real Estate & Property Law

d. FMCG & Consumer Protection

e. Travel & Tourism Regulatory Framework

f. Employment Law

2. Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.

3. Understanding of compliance frameworks and governance structures.

4. Case preparation, legal research, and litigation coordination.

5. Ability to interpret legislation and regulatory documents accurately.

6. High level of professional ethics and integrity.

7. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

9. Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline.

10. Problem-solving and consultative decision-making.

11. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

12. Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders.
