Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and litigation-focused Legal Consultant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience. The role involves managing litigation matters, legal recoveries, notices, and active field engagement including client and police station visits.

Key Responsibilities

Handle civil and criminal litigation matters, including drafting, filing, and court appearances.
Manage legal recovery matters, follow-ups, and coordination with clients and stakeholders.
Draft, review, and manage legal notices, replies, and correspondence.
Conduct client meetings and visits for case discussions, strategy, and resolution.
Undertake police station visits, including filing complaints, follow-ups, and coordination with law enforcement authorities.
Liaise with external advocates, courts, and regulatory bodies as required.
Maintain proper documentation, case trackers, and legal MIS.
Ensure timely updates to internal teams and clients on case progress.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
2–3 years of relevant experience in litigation and legal recovery work.
Enrolment with the Bar Council is mandatory.
Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
Practical exposure to court procedures, police processes, and client handling.
Willingness to travel locally for client and official visits.

Preferred Skills

Experience in recovery litigation, cheque bounce cases, or financial disputes.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Professional demeanor and ethical approach to legal practice.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
