Specifics of the role

• Drafting notices and replies thereto
• Drafting plaints, written statements, appeals, applications, complaints etc.
• Filing and defending court cases / complaints before various forums
• Look after day to day activities / stages pertaining to the litigation
• Taking chief examination, cross examination, and re-examination of witness
• Stand before court, tribunal or authority various applications and finally argue the matter before court or authority
• Provide legal advice, strategy and legal opinion on various legal issues related to the litigation

Practicing lawyer in real estate matters with thorough knowledge of laws regulating real estate & litigation preferred.
