Referment is partnering with a fast-growing legal consultancy in the UAE that is reimagining how lawyers work with high-growth businesses. Blending the best of private practice and in-house legal, their team is embedded with clients across fintech, AI, crypto, SaaS, and more, acting as trusted advisors from idea to exit.

They’re now looking for an experienced Senior Legal Consultant to join their UAE team and play a key role in scaling their presence across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

🔑 What You’ll Need

Qualified corporate/commercial lawyer from a common law jurisdiction

5+ years PQE (with at least 3+ years’ UAE experience preferred)

Strong commercial contracts background, ideally with scaling tech companies

Track record of building and managing client relationships

Entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in fast-moving environments

Tech-savvy and comfortable using legal tech solutions

Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi

💡 Nice-to-Haves

Experience with fundraising / venture transactions

Exposure to data protection, IP, consumer law, or digital assets

Cross-border advisory work (Europe / Middle East)
