Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Legal Consultant specializing in handling of cases in Dubai Courts , Public Pursecution. As a Legal Consultant, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, and addressing various legal issues to Court and handling the case independently in all court levels . You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored legal assistance and ensuring compliance with local and international laws.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law, with a strong focus on UAE legal systems
• around 5 years of experience in UAE with full knowledge of court proceess
• need to handle case in Pursecution, Dubai Courts , including supreme Court
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, with attention to detail
• In-depth understanding of Legal Issues and the ability to provide sound Legal opinion
• Experience in offering effective Legal Assistance in diverse scenarios
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of corporate law, dispute resolution, and debt recovery processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; advanced legal qualifications are an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and professional office environment
