Legal Consultant (Real Estate)

Experience - With minimum 7 - 10 years’ experience in construction industry

Urgently We Are Looking For Legal Consultant for Real Estate Group of Company at Vile Parle West Location.

Role and Responsibilities:-

• Ensure effective management of all cases – filing of cases, monitoring the progress of cases and defending cases and provide timely feedback to the Senior Management.

• Attending Court Matters and proceeding pending with High Court & other courts on behalf of the company.

• Represent the company before various regulatory authorities ( RERA etc ) for resolution of issues and necessary approvals

• Handle civil litigation as well as criminal proceedings with respect to Property matters.

• Co-ordination with outside Legal Consultant and visit their office.
• Responsible for representation on behalf of organization on all legal matters.

• Responsible for documentation drafting of all legal matter.

• Responsible for handling all legal issues during pre and post construction activity.

• Preparation of all Documentation (Sale Deeds, Power Of Attorney, Financial Documentation, Real Estate Deeds, Land Acquisition Papers, Statutory Clearances, Long Term Lease And Rent Documentation Etc.)

• Drafting of Customer Agreements, Sale & Sub Lease Deeds, Rent Agreements, Affidavits, Notices, Replies to Notices received by the company.

• Ensure safe custody of agreements, contracts, major court orders, , land acquisition papers, etc and effective MIS for the Management,

• Review the legal implications of any new business proposals received by the company.

Job Location - Vile Parle West, Mumbai

Salary:- 10 LPA to 12 LPA
