Role: Legal Coordinator

About Role:
The Legal Coordinator will support the legal team in managing contracts, compliance, and regulatory requirements for an IT services organization. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure legal processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with company policies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
Draft, review, and maintain service agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and client agreements.
Track contract lifecycle and ensure timely renewals and compliance.
Compliance & Regulatory Support:
Assist in monitoring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Support audits and maintain statutory records.
Legal Documentation:
Prepare and organize legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
Maintain accurate and updated legal files and databases.
Coordination & Communication:
Liaise with internal departments (HR, Finance, Operations) and external legal counsel.
Facilitate approvals and signatures for legal documents.
Risk Management:
Identify potential legal risks and escalate to the legal team.
Support in implementing risk mitigation strategies.
Required Skills:
1–2 years in legal coordination or similar role, preferably in IT/Technology sector.
Strong understanding of contract law and corporate compliance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal management software.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
