Legal Coordinator

Element HR Consulting is hiring on behalf of a Client specialized in civil construction

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal & Contracts Professional to oversee legal coordination, contract governance, and dispute management for the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with external legal advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure all contracts, agreements, and company documents are legally sound, compliant, and protected against potential risks or loopholes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with external legal teams and lawyers on ongoing legal matters, disputes, and court-related documentation.
  • Review, draft, and vet contracts, agreements, MOUs, vendor agreements, tenancy contracts, NDAs, employment-related agreements, and commercial documents.
  • Ensure all contracts are legally compliant and structured to minimize risk and loopholes.
  • Monitor legal obligations under contracts and ensure timely renewals, amendments, and closures.
  • Support management in handling disputes, legal notices, claims, and settlement discussions.
  • Maintain proper documentation and legal records for all agreements and cases.
  • Identify legal risks and recommend preventive actions to protect company interests.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure operational and contractual compliance.
  • Stay updated on UAE laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to the business.
  • Assist in policy creation, legal documentation processes, and corporate governance matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or relevant legal qualification.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in legal coordination, contracts management, or corporate legal support within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE commercial laws, contracts, and dispute handling procedures.
  • Experience coordinating with external law firms and legal consultants.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to identify contractual risks and loopholes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
  • Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
