Legal Counsel

Our client, a leading Global Financial Services company is looking to hire Legal Counsels in Bangalore across two levels to support its growing Banking Transactions function.

🔹 Legal Counsel – Team Lead (7-10 years PQE)

- Draft, review & negotiate loan agreements, term sheets, syndicated/bilateral facilities, mortgages, pledges, hypothecation & other security documents

- Experience with LMA templates preferred

- Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals

🔹 Legal Counsel (4–6 years PQE)

- Support execution of bilateral & multi-banked loan transactions

- Draft/review facility agreements, term sheets, security documents, opinions & ancillary docs

- Advise stakeholders on credit & lending risks

Prior Law firm experience is highly preferred.
