Legal Counsel

Our client, an investment management firm, is looking to hire a Legal Counsel for their Mumbai office.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 4–6 years (law firm and/or in-house, focus on commercial agreements)

The role will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, managing legal and regulatory risks, and working closely with global stakeholders to ensure compliance with the firm’s governance and risk framework.
