Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On Site)

We are seeking a skilled and qualified legal counsel based in KSA to join our legal team. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters and provide support and guidance to the legal department and the company.

Responsibilities:

• Providing legal advice and support on legal issues related to the operations of the company.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of contracts and legal documents
• Conducting legal research and analysis on laws and regulations
• Stay updated on changes in the laws and regulations
• Interpret contracts and advise business lines and functions on contractual responsibilities
• Assisting in developing and implementing legal strategies to assess and mitigate legal risks, working closely with other departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and minimizing legal exposure
• Supporting the legal team and working effectively with the general counsel and external counsels of the company

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in law from a leading and reputable law with minimum 5 years' experience in the MENA region
• Ability to multitask and work with different stakeholders of the company
• Fluent Arabic and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
