Legal Counsel

Green Management Solutions , a consulting and services firm based in the DWTC free zone, is looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team. We specialize in management consulting, procurement support, IT services, administrative services, and workplace management across the UAE and Middle East.

🔹 About the Role:

As our Legal Counsel , you will provide expert legal guidance on UAE Labour and Contract Law , ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting our business operations. Your key responsibilities include:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Legal Advisory : Offer guidance on UAE employment, civil, commercial, and real estate laws. Ensure policies comply with local regulations and stay updated on legal changes.

✅ Labour Law Compliance : Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and internal regulations. Handle disputes, liaise with MOHRE and free zone authorities, and oversee work permits/visa matters.

✅ Contract Drafting & Negotiation : Prepare and review commercial agreements, service contracts, supply agreements, consultancy contracts, and tenancy agreements.

✅ Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management : Identify legal risks, conduct due diligence using compliance screening tools (World-Check, Refinitiv, Dow Jones), and verify KYC documentation.

✅ Dispute Resolution & Litigation Support : Manage legal disputes, settlements, and negotiations, and coordinate with external legal counsel when needed.

🔹 Who We’re Looking For:

✅ Education : Law degree (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized university; UAE legal qualification is a plus.

✅ Experience : Minimum 3 + years in corporate/commercial law, preferably in the UAE.

✅ Legal Expertise : Strong knowledge of UAE Civil, Commercial, and Employment Laws with hands-on experience in contract negotiation, drafting, and risk assessment .

✅ Skills : Excellent communication, stakeholder management , and the ability to work independently while making sound legal judgments.

✅ Language : Fluency in English (Russian or Arabic proficiency is a plus).
