About the Role
We are hiring a Legal Counsel with strong experience in corporate law and contract management. The role involves client advisory, drafting & reviewing agreements, and ensuring legal compliance across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client queries and provide legal advice.
• Draft agreements (NDA, employment, service contracts, policies etc.).
• Review and vet documents prepared internally or received from third parties.
• Guide junior team members and oversee delegated tasks.
• Stay updated with legal changes and ensure compliance.
• Manage multiple client projects and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• LL.B. required; LL.M. preferred.
• 3–4 years’ experience in corporate law / contracts / IP advisory.
• Strong drafting, reviewing, communication, and research skills.
• Ability to explain legal concepts clearly and handle clients effectively.
• Familiarity with legal tech / virtual consultation tools.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
