Legal Counsel

Our client - Petrochemical Trading company

Location: Istanbul, European side

Mission : Full company support in Corporate, Commercial, Labor and Contactract law

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full legal support for commercial & corporate operations of the company.
• Contracts work (draft, review, and negotiationts various trade-related terms for sales, logistics, finance & tax).
• Handle corporate governance matters.
• Support in labour law issues.
• Regulatory changes monitoring and maintain relationships with local goverment authorities.
• Presentation of the company’s interests in court.

Requirements :

• Law degree from a Turkish university.
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Turkish and English proficiency.
• Exellent knowledge of Turkish contract law.
• Strong background in corporate, labour and commercial law.
• Knowledge of key International Trading INCOTERMS.
• Experience in a multinational environment (corporation or international firm or consulting).
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Only office work.
