Legal Counsel

We are looking for a highly capable and detail-oriented Senior Legal Officer / Jr. Legal Counsel to join our organization. The successful candidate will provide legal advice across corporate, commercial, labor, regulatory, and operational matters, ensuring organizational compliance and effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely legal guidance to management and internal departments on corporate, commercial, labor, regulatory, and operational matters
• Draft, review, and finalize contracts, legal documents, notifications, legal opinions, and case summaries
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Liaise with external lawyers, courts, regulators, and authorities on legal and compliance matters
• Identify and mitigate legal risks while supporting business objectives

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or regulatory legal matters
• Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, and regulatory laws
• Proven experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents and handling legal matters independently
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
