Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on Sukuk structures, Islamic finance, and capital markets transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documentation
• Ensure compliance with Qatar laws, financial regulations, and Shariah principles
• Support corporate matters including governance, risk management, and regulatory filings
• Liaise with external counsel, regulators, and financial institutions
• Conduct legal research and risk assessments for transactions and business decisions
• Assist in deal structuring and transaction execution
• Monitor updates in financial regulations and legal frameworks

• Strong knowledge of Islamic finance (Sukuk, Shariah compliance)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); LLM is an advantage

• Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a plus, not required)
