Legal Counsel - Corporate

Overview

We have an excellent opportunity to join our client within the financial services sector, who are a growing international broker. The successful candidate will join the team as a Legal Counsel and focus on corporate matters based out of their Dubai HQ, working closely with the CLO and Legal Directors.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and regulatory support across brokerage and corporate matters, covering client agreements, licensing, compliance, and cross-border operations.
• Advise on transactions, group structuring, and governance while managing complex commercial contracts.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years' experience coming from a leading international law firm or significant in-house entity in the UAE.
• Ideally within the financial services sector.
• Prior experience with a CFD brokerage.
• Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred, but not mandatory.

Location: Dubai.

Remuneration

Remuneration: £95,000 - £115,000 tax free + benefits.
