Qualifications

• We are seeking for a colleague to join our Credit Agreements Department with the following qualifications;
• University degree in law,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking sector (experience in lending transactions in corporate and commercial finance or project finance is preferable),
• Proficiency in knowledge of written and spoken English,
• Good computer skills,
• Excellent teamwork skills,
• Excellent social abilities, presentation, communication and negotiation skills.

Job Description

• Providing legal consultancy, drafting and reviewing a wide range of loan agreements, security agreements, term sheets, non-disclosure agreements, engagement letters, mandate letters and other related finance documents in Corporate and Commercial Finance, Project Finance, Ship Finance, Public Finance, Securitization and Syndication Projects,
• ttending meetings and running negotiation with customers and/or lenders for the finance documents in Corporate and Commercial Finance, Project Finance, Ship Finance and Trade Finance transactions,
• Providing legal assistance and drafting finance documents in investment and cooperation projects between Bank and other international finance institutions.
