Job Summary

This role will provide the comprehensive legal support to all functions and activities of KATIM, with a particular focus on drafting the contracts and compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Ensuring that KATIM's activities are performed strictly in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Experience and Education Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Law from the university in the UAE.
• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience in drafting and negotiating contracts.
• UAE lawyer license.
