Job Description

LifePoint Nakuru Qatar is seeking a qualified Legal Counsel / Legal Officer with expertise in corporate projects to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will ensure our operations comply with applicable laws while providing sound legal advice on corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on corporate projects and contracts, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents to mitigate risks.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports on relevant legal issues.
• Collaborate with various departments to offer legal guidance on operational matters.
• Represent the company in legal discussions and negotiations as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree; admission to practice in Qatar or another jurisdiction.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a corporate legal role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits

• Hourly wage: 60 -* 120 QAR* (commensurate with experience).
