Legal Counsel- TSK

Role description

a) Conversant with the procedures and practice in District Courts and High Court of Odisha. Must have dealt with civil and criminal trial, evidence etc.

b) Appropriately dealing with business teams for seeking relevant information.

d) Ensure proper record-keeping and management database of the cases.

1)Assist in timely and effective litigation management for TSK and TSA at Jajpur Road, Jajpur Town, Cuttack, Athagarh and Bhubaneswar, co-ordination with Advocates.

2)In-housing drafting/vetting of plaints/ petitions/applications/replies/written statements/counters/rejoinders/legal notices/objections

3) Legal research, preparation of lists and various reports for management review

4) Handle internal communication with relevant business teams for fact marshalling
